Nestled opposite the majestic Cathedral, the historic building, with its striking Gothic architecture dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries, provided a captivating backdrop during my stay. The blend of ancient stonework and modern comforts within the 500-year-old establishment was truly impressive. The interior seamlessly fused period elements like vaulted colonnades and grand arched windows with contemporary furnishings, creating an inviting ambiance. Apart from its rich history, the hotel's strategic location, just a brief stroll away from the cathedral and the charming old town, made exploring the city a breeze. The staff's attentiveness and the provision of additional services like airport transport further enhanced the overall experience. Though the underground parking felt a bit cramped, the enchanting staircase and spacious rooms made up for it. A stay here promises a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, perfect for a cultural immersion.
